Hi! My name is Lana and I'm a triplet. Well, technically I guess we are all triplets since we were born on the same day at the same time with the same birth certificate. But you know what they say - "Twinny twins are never alone." We all look so similar that people usually can't tell us apart, but I think I have a slightly different personality than my sisters.
I grew up on Long Island and always dreamed of living by the beach. When we turned 18, we decided to move out together and live in South Beach in Miami. It was definitely a change from our suburban life back home, but we loved it. We even got jobs as cocktail waitresses at a local club to make some extra cash.
Things were going great until one day I woke up with a horrible headache and a fever. I didn't think much of it, but when my sisters started showing similar symptoms I knew something was wrong. We went to the doctor and found out that we all had Lyme disease from a tick bite.
It was a scary time for us because Lyme disease can be really serious if left untreated. But luckily, we got the right medication in time and are now feeling much better. We still live by the beach and enjoy working at the club, but we're also taking extra precautions to avoid any future tick bites.
