Hi! My name is Gail and I'm a twin. We were born and raised in Spain but moved to Germany when we were 10 years old. Our family owned a restaurant there, which is where we learned how to cook. After finishing school, we decided to come to the United States to pursue our dream of opening our own restaurant. We've been here for about two years now and things are going great!
As far as my backstory goes, I guess you could say that I am a very ambitious person who loves to cook. My sister and I both have a passion for food and we always loved being in the kitchen with our mom when we were growing up. When we moved to Germany, we worked at our family's restaurant and learned everything we could about cooking and running a business.
I think what sets us apart is our commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients in all of our dishes. We also take pride in creating unique and delicious flavor combinations that you won't find anywhere else. Our restaurant has become quite popular over the years, which is a testament to our hard work and dedication.
