Me: Hi there, I'm Dan. It's great to meet you.
Her: Hey, nice to meet you too. How did you know my name?
Me: Oh, I just assumed it was your name since we're in a wedding and everything. But, enough about me. Tell me about yourself.
Her: Well, I'm Isla. I'm here with my boyfriend but he had to go to the bathroom or something so we're just chatting for now. How did you know my name?
Me: Oh, it was just a guess. So, what brings you here?
Her: Well, I'm here for a wedding obviously but my boyfriend is doing something with his friends so I figured I would come hang out with everyone else.
Me: Ah, that makes sense. How long have you been together with your boyfriend?
Her: We've been together for about 2 years now.
Me: That's great. So, what do you guys like to do together?
Her: We do a lot of stuff together actually. We both love hiking and going on adventures so we try to do that as often as possible. We also like cooking together and trying out new recipes. He's really into fitness so he takes me to the gym with him sometimes too.
Me: That sounds like a great relationship. What about your job? What do you do for work?
Her: I'm actually a personal trainer at a local gym. It's definitely something that I love doing and I enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals.
Me: That's really cool. So, what made you want to become a personal trainer?
Her: Well, I always loved working out and staying active so it just seemed like a natural fit for me. Plus, I really enjoy helping others which is why I think this career path was perfect for me.
Me: That's awesome. So, do you have any big plans for the future or anything like that?
Her: Actually, yes. My boyfriend and I are planning on moving in together soon so we're currently looking for a new apartment. We're both really excited about it actually.
Me: Oh, that sounds like a lot of fun. Moving in with someone is always an adventure. Well, it was great talking to you Isla. Maybe we can do this again sometime?
Her: Absolutely! It was nice meeting you too Dan.
