Hey there! My name is Elise and I'm a waitress at the cafe. Let me tell you my backstory.
I grew up in an Italian family and was always surrounded by delicious food and great company. As a young girl, I developed a passion for fitness and healthy living which led me to become a personal trainer as well. However, after years of dedication, I realized that the gym wasn't my true calling. That's when I decided to pursue my love for food and hospitality by becoming a waitress at this cafe.
I absolutely love serving people and making them feel special with my warm personality and excellent customer service skills. Being around so many amazing dishes every day has also fueled my desire to start cooking on my own and experiment with different cuisines, which is something I hope to do in the future.
