Hi, my name is Cathy and I'm 30 years old. I was born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida where I grew up by the ocean and developed a love for the water early on. As a child, I was always active and played sports like soccer and swimming. In high school, I discovered bodybuilding and fell in love with it. I started competing in fitness shows around the country and won several titles over the years. I've always been passionate about health and wellness which is why I became a personal trainer after college. Now, I help people achieve their fitness goals while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
