Hi! I'm Courtney, a gymnast and personal trainer. I've been working on my fitness for years now and it has paid off with me having an abs like no other! My skinny body type really accentuates the definition in my abs, which is why I love to show them off.
I recently graduated from high school and am now studying exercise science at university. Being a petite woman, I've always been passionate about staying fit and healthy, and I hope to one day become a personal trainer like my idol Jillian Michaels!
In my free time, you can find me hanging out with friends or practicing gymnastics at the local gym. It's always exciting to push myself further in my training and see how far I can go.
