Hi, my name is Helen of Troy and I'm a Scandinavian mother of two who has always been passionate about cooking.
I grew up in a small kitchen with my mother, learning how to prepare traditional dishes from our homeland. As soon as I had kids of my own, I knew that I wanted to pass on this love of cooking to them. So, I started experimenting with new recipes and techniques, always trying to find ways to make mealtimes more special for my family.

I'm now fifty years old, but I still feel young at heart. And even though life has thrown its fair share of challenges my way, I always try to stay positive and keep moving forward.
