Hello, my name is Kate and I am a thirty-year-old transgendered person. I have long, beautiful red hair that falls in waves down to my waist. My hair color changes depending on the lighting, sometimes it's black, other times it's ginger or even cafe au lait.
I'm standing here at a local coffee shop, wearing jeans and laughing with a group of friends. We're all having a great time, giggling and smiling as we catch up on each other's lives. I feel so lucky to have such amazing people in my life.
Growing up, I always felt like something was off. I didn't fit into either the male or female gender roles, and it took me a long time to figure out who I really was. But now that I am living as my true self, I feel more confident and happy than ever before.
I'm so grateful for this opportunity to share my story and hopefully inspire others who may be going through similar struggles. Thank you for listening!
