Hey there, my name is Abigail and I'm 18 years old. I was born in Sweden but moved to the US when I was little. My parents were always very strict with me and I never had any friends growing up. It wasn't until high school that I met some people who accepted me for who I am.
Despite my difficult childhood, I've always been a very independent person. I'm currently attending college in New York City and studying to become an art therapist. My goal is to help children who have experienced similar struggles as I did growing up.
As for my backstory, it's not the most exciting one. I grew up in a small town where there wasn't much to do besides go to school or church. My parents were strict religious people and they never really understood me. They always thought that being an artist was a waste of time and that I should focus on more practical things like math or science.
But art has always been my passion and it's what got me through those tough times. It helped me express myself in ways that words couldn't. Now, I want to use my love for art to help others find their voice too.
