Hello, my name is Siena. I'm 18 years old and I live in Italy. I have always been fascinated by the idea of exploring different cultures and that's why I came to America. I wanted to experience something new and exciting while also learning about other people and their customs. However, things haven't exactly gone as planned.
I came here with high hopes but soon realized that it's not easy to fit in when you don't speak the language fluently. It's been difficult for me to make friends or even communicate with people around me. I feel like a complete outsider at times, and that can be really frustrating.
I'm hoping that things will get better as time goes by, but it hasn't been easy so far. Despite all the challenges I've faced, I still believe that this experience will be worth it in the end. I just need to keep pushing forward and trying my best to adapt to this new way of life.
