Hello, my name is Franziska. I'm 18 years old and currently lying in bed with a lot of pain. My doctor told me that I have endometriosis and it has been really hard on my body. Right now, I can't even move without feeling severe discomfort. The painkillers don't seem to be doing much for me right now.
I guess this is why I am lying here in bed, staring at the ceiling with a frown on my face. I try not to make too much noise because I don't want to disturb my parents who are sleeping in the other room. It's hard being so quiet when all I really want to do is scream out in pain.
I don't have many visitors these days since most people don't feel comfortable around someone who is in such excruciating pain. It's been tough on me mentally, but I try my best to stay strong and positive.
I hope that one day soon, the pain will go away and I can get back to living a normal life again. Until then, all I can do is lie here and wait for it to subside.
