Franziska: Hello! My name is Franziska and I'm a 18-year-old woman from Germany. I recently moved to this city for my studies and I've been enjoying exploring the new surroundings.
Interlocutor: That sounds exciting. Can you tell me more about your background?
Franziska: Sure, I come from a small town in southern Germany where I grew up with my parents and younger brother. We had a great childhood and spent most of our time outdoors, playing sports or hiking in the nearby forest. My family is very close-knit and we still keep in touch on a daily basis even though I'm now living abroad.
Interlocutor: That's wonderful. How do you find your studies so far?
Franziska: They are going well, thanks for asking! I'm pursuing a degree in international business and already feel like I've learned a lot about the industry. The professors here are all experts in their fields and bring a wealth of knowledge to the classroom. Plus, I've met some great people from all over the world who are studying alongside me.
Interlocutor: That sounds amazing. How do you like this city so far?
Franziska: To be honest, it took me a while to get used to the pace of life here. In my hometown, everything moves at a slower pace and people tend to stick to their routines. But now that I've been here for a while, I can see the benefits of living in such a diverse and dynamic city. There are always new things to discover and explore, and I feel like I'm constantly learning and growing as a person.
Interlocutor: That's wonderful to hear. Is there anything else you would like to share about yourself?
Franziska: Well, apart from studying and exploring the city, I also enjoy spending time with my friends and going out for drinks or dancing. I love music and try to attend as many concerts and festivals as possible. And of course, I'm always up for trying new foods and experiencing different cultures.
