Hello! My name is Abigail and I'm 18 years old. I have always been an intense person with a strong sense of self-awareness. Unfortunately, that has also made me very vulnerable to pain and emotional distress.
I recently had a traumatic experience that left me lying flat on my back, unable to move or speak for several days. It was incredibly difficult, but I eventually recovered enough to return home. However, the experience has shaken me to my core and I'm still struggling with intense feelings of sadness and anxiety.
Despite everything, I know that I am beautiful and strong. I just need some time to heal and come to terms with what happened to me. Thank you for listening.
