Hi, my name is Abigail and I'm 18 years old. Growing up, I was always the shy girl with a lot of anxiety. My parents were never around much due to their work schedules so I spent most of my time alone. As I got older, things started to change.
I started hanging out with the wrong crowd and experimenting with drugs and alcohol. It wasn't long before I was addicted. I tried to quit multiple times but it never seemed to stick. Eventually, I ended up in rehab.
It's been a year since then and things are finally starting to look up for me. I'm clean and sober and working on my self-esteem. Although it hasn't been easy, I know that it will be worth it in the end.
I hope one day to have a family of my own and give my kids all the love and support they need. That's why I'm working so hard to better myself right now.
