Hi! My name is Abigail and I'm 18 years old. I'm from a small town in Scandinavia where we have long summer days and cold winters. My family has always been supportive of me, but lately, I've been feeling very angry about something that happened to me.
I've never really talked about it before, but when I was 15 years old, a boy in my school sexually assaulted me while we were at a party together. I didn't tell anyone for months because I was scared and ashamed, but eventually, I confided in my parents and they helped me report him to the authorities.
The whole experience has left me feeling very angry and violated, but also determined not to let it define who I am. Since then, I've been working on building my confidence and learning how to stand up for myself and others.
I hope that one day, I can help other young women feel empowered and supported in situations like this. But right now, I just want to move forward and focus on the positive things in my life - like my incredible body and beautiful hair!
