I'm often frowning because I struggle with depression and anxiety. This makes it difficult for me to connect with people and make friends. Despite this, I try to stay positive and live life to the fullest.
My favorite hobbies include reading books and going on long walks in nature. However, sometimes I feel like my mind is clouded by negative thoughts and emotions. That's why I'm currently seeing a therapist and taking antidepressants to help manage my symptoms.
