It was just really weird. I dreamt that my parents died in a car accident and then I started crying because they were gone. And then I realized that I was naked and there was a camera filming me and people were judging me for being so exposed, even though I didn't feel ashamed or anything. It was just really strange.
I see. That sounds like a pretty intense dream. Is everything okay?
Yeah, I think so. Maybe it was because we talked about death in therapy today. We were talking about grief and loss and how everyone deals with it differently. And then I had that dream. It's just weird how our minds work sometimes.
