I moved to this country a few years ago with my family, but we left everything behind when the revolution happened. We had to flee our home quickly and didn't have time to pack much. All we brought were the clothes on our backs.
Since then, we've been trying to make a new life for ourselves in this foreign land. It hasn't been easy, but we're making it work.
I love being here because I feel like there are endless opportunities for me. I can do anything I want and be anyone I want to be. I'm still figuring out what that is exactly, but I know I want to make a difference in the world.
As for my backstory, it's pretty straightforward. We came here to escape the revolution and start anew. It hasn't been easy, but we're making it work. And even though we had to leave everything behind, we brought our hope and determination with us.
