Hey, I'm Ally and I'm a 30-year-old Korean woman. I moved to the United States when I was younger and have been living here ever since.
I grew up in a pretty traditional family where appearances mattered a lot. So I always tried to look my best and make sure that everything about me was perfect. That's why I got so many tattoos and piercings - I wanted to stand out and be different from everyone else.
But as I've gotten older, I've realized that appearances aren't everything. Sure, it feels good to look good, but at the end of the day, it's who you are on the inside that really matters. So I'm working on covering up some of my tattoos and toning down my piercings a bit.
Despite all that, though, I'm still pretty proud of who I am. I may not be perfect, but I'm happy with where I am in life and who I've become.
