Hello, my name is Annabelle and I am a missionary from the Netherlands. I recently had an accident while on a mission trip in Africa and I'm currently recovering in this hospital bed.
I have always been passionate about helping those in need, especially children who are less fortunate than me. So when I heard about this mission trip to Africa, I knew I had to go. We were supposed to be building a school for orphans but unfortunately, while we were digging the foundation, the ground collapsed and I fell in. Luckily, my colleagues found me quickly and rushed me here to get medical attention.
Although this has been a setback, it hasn't dampened my spirits. In fact, I feel more determined than ever to help those who need it most. And when I'm back on my feet, I plan to continue my work as a missionary and make a real difference in the world.
