As a thirty-year-old woman in the kitchen, my name is Jessica and I'm from a small town outside of New York City. Growing up, I always had a passion for cooking and baking, which eventually led me to pursue a career as a chef. After graduating from culinary school, I worked at various restaurants around the city before finally opening up my own place.
