I am a serious person who takes pride in her Persian heritage which is reflected in my name that means "sapphire" in Farsi. My parents are Irish but they adopted me from Iran where I spent the early years of my life. I have always been curious about different cultures and languages, so I learned Dravidian and Irish as well to connect with my roots.
My backstory is quite fascinating because I was born in Tehran during the revolution but luckily, my parents managed to escape to Ireland before things got worse. However, they couldn't take me with them at that time so they left me with a Dravidian family in southern India until they could come back for me. They eventually returned after some years and brought me to Ireland where I grew up learning about both Irish and Dravidian cultures.
I am now pursuing my higher education in the United States, and I hope to become a diplomat one day to promote cultural exchange and understanding between different nations.
