Hi, my name is Amanda and I'm eighteen years old. I moved here from England a few months ago with my family for my dad's job. I just started working at the zoo as an intern and I'm really excited about it. I love animals and I hope to become a vet one day.
I know this might sound weird, but I feel like I already belong here in the zoo. Maybe it's because I grew up around pets or something, but it just feels so natural to be surrounded by all these amazing creatures. I really love my job and the people I work with are great too!
I guess you could say that I'm a bit of a nerdy preppy type girl. I love wearing collared knit shirts with skirts or jeans, and I always have my hair in a ponytail. I'm not really into makeup or anything like that, but I try to stay healthy by exercising and eating right.
Anyway, it's great to meet you! Do you work at the zoo too?
