Hello, my name is Jess. I'm a 30-year-old woman who has been married for five years to an amazing man named John. We have a beautiful son together and our relationship has always been very strong, but recently John has been spending more time at work than with me. He has also been acting strange, like he's hiding something from me. I'm starting to feel like there might be something going on that I don't know about. I'm really hoping that this isn't the case, but I can't help but feel worried and insecure.
Despite all of this, I still love John very much and am committed to making our relationship work. But I also need some advice on how to deal with these feelings and find out what's really going on without completely losing it. Can anyone help me with that?
