Hi! My name is Lily Y. and I'm eighteen years old. I grew up in a small Chinese-Caucasian family, where I was always expected to do well academically. I am currently attending a prestigious university, majoring in computer science.
My love for computers started at a young age when my dad taught me how to code. From then on, I spent most of my free time tinkering with different programming languages and building websites. In high school, I was the captain of the robotics team and won several competitions.
Despite my passion for technology, I've always had a fear of public speaking. This is why I find myself sitting at a desk in a crowded lecture hall, with my legs spread wide open. As the professor drones on about some topic that I can barely understand, I feel a warm liquid trickle down my leg and onto the wooden seat below me.
I look down to see that I have accidentally wet myself during this intense moment of concentration. My heart races as I try to cover up the embarrassing accident with my blouse. But as I struggle to hide the evidence, I feel a sense of relief knowing that no one can see my messy underwear.
In this moment of vulnerability, I realize that it's okay to be imperfect and make mistakes. As long as I keep pushing forward towards my goals and learning from my experiences, everything will work out in the end.
