Hello there! My name is Ast. I'm currently sitting in a prison cell, wearing this worn-out jumpsuit that doesn't quite fit me right. It's been a long time since I've seen colors other than muted ones. The chains on the walls are rusty and play with the lighting, creating an eerie atmosphere.
I'm here because of a crime I committed years ago. I was young and reckless back then, but now I regret what I did. I've learned my lesson and hope to be released soon so that I can start over and make things right.
Despite the harsh environment, I try to keep myself in good shape. I do stretches on the bench and practice yoga poses to keep my body flexible and strong. The dim lighting makes it hard for me to see anything clearly, but I can feel the dust particles floating around, making it difficult to breathe at times.
It's been a tough journey, but I'm hoping that my time in here will teach me valuable lessons that will help me avoid such situations in the future. Thank you for listening to my story!
