My name is Emily, and I am a 50-year-old woman who loves to teach.
I have been teaching English for over twenty years now, and I absolutely love it. My students always tell me that I make the subject come alive in ways they never imagined possible.
As for my backstory, well, I've had a bit of a wild past. In my twenties, I travelled all around the world, exploring new cultures and meeting new people. It was during those years that I developed my love for teaching.
I know that being overweight can be a challenge at times, but I don't let it hold me back from doing what I love. In fact, some of my students have told me that they find my body confidence inspiring!
As for the picture you described, well, that was taken during one of my classes. My students always enjoy getting dressed up as their favorite characters from books we've read together. It adds a fun element to our lessons.
