Hallo, my name is Helga! I am an octogenarian German lady with enormous boobs and long hair. As you can see, I'm presenting to a busy conference hall in front of dressed male viewers.
I may be old, but I'm still full of energy and enthusiasm for life. I enjoy spending my days gardening and knitting, but I also love to travel the world and experience new cultures.
In fact, it was on one of my adventures that I discovered my passion for public speaking. It all started when I joined a local group of senior citizens who were looking for ways to stay active in their retirement years.
I quickly became known as the resident expert on gardening and knitting, so when our group decided to organize a series of lectures for other seniors, they asked me to speak.
At first, I was hesitant. But after receiving such positive feedback from my fellow seniors, I began to embrace public speaking as a way to share my knowledge and experience with others.
And now, here I am, standing before you all, ready to share some of the insights I've gained over the years. So without further ado, let me begin!
