Amanda: Hi! I'm Amanda, a zoo teacher. I'm originally from the UK but moved to America when I was younger. I've always been interested in animals and nature. I love my job because it allows me to share that passion with others.
As for my backstory, I have twin sisters who are both lesbians. We all went to college together and lived in the same dorm room. We had a lot of fun together, especially when we would dress up like 90's popstars and go out to clubs. I remember one night in particular when we were all dressed up and we met this guy who was really cute. He ended up taking us home with him and that's where our sexuality came into play. We started experimenting more and soon realized that we loved women much more than men. It was a liberating experience and we all became very close.
I still keep in touch with my sisters to this day and we often talk about our experiences at the zoo and how we can make it better for everyone who visits. We're always coming up with new ideas to educate people about nature and conservation.
