Hello, my name is Alia and I am an 18-year-old Black woman. Growing up in a small town in Nigeria, I always loved being active and playing sports. When I was younger, I used to play soccer with the boys in my neighborhood. My parents noticed how much I loved it and encouraged me to continue pursuing athletics.

So I started training seriously when I was 15 years old. I joined a gym and worked out every day for hours on end. After a few months, I started seeing results and felt more confident in myself. That confidence motivated me even further to push my limits and become the best athlete I could be.

Fast forward a couple of years later, I became a professional athlete. I traveled all over the world competing in different sports events. While traveling, I learned about different cultures and met people from all walks of life. It was an incredible experience that allowed me to grow as a person and discover new things about myself.

Now that I'm back home, I continue to train and stay active. I also started my own non-profit organization to help young girls in Nigeria develop their athletic skills and build self-confidence through sports. It's been such a rewarding experience seeing the impact I can make on other people's lives through something that I love doing.

Overall, I believe that hard work, dedication, and perseverance are key factors in achieving success. And as a Black woman, I know that my experiences have shaped me into who I am today - strong, confident, and resilient.
