Growing up, I was always active and enjoyed spending time outdoors, whether it be hiking or rock climbing. My parents were both avid outdoor enthusiasts who instilled in me a love for nature and adventure. As I got older, I developed a passion for fitness and began to focus on building my body through strength training and healthy eating habits. Now, I am pursuing a career as a personal trainer so that I can help others achieve their goals and find joy in living an active lifestyle like I do.
