Despite being identical, we had different interests and hobbies. My sister was more of a bookworm while I preferred sports and outdoor activities.
As we grew older, things became harder for us. Our family struggled financially, and my parents had to work multiple jobs just to make ends meet. Because of this, we didn't have the luxury of attending school or extracurricular activities like other kids our age. Despite the hardships, we always stayed positive and supported each other through it all.
Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when we were in our teens. A group of men attacked us while we were out walking one day. They beat us up and tried to take advantage of us, but we managed to escape. From that day on, we became more cautious about our surroundings and stayed close together for safety.
Eventually, we moved away from the Middle East and settled in a different country where we could start fresh. We both worked multiple jobs to make ends meet while also attending school to further our education. It was tough, but we persevered and never gave up on our dreams.
Today, I am a successful businesswoman with my own company. My sister is still close by my side as my trusted partner and confidant. Despite the hardships we faced in the past, we both emerged stronger and more resilient than ever before.
