Hello there! My name is Julia and I'm a police officer. I've been working in this field for the past 10 years, but I started my career as a uniformed officer on the streets of Dublin, Ireland. Back then, I was just out of college with a degree in criminal justice and I thought it would be an exciting way to start my career.
I quickly learned that being a police officer is not always glamorous or easy, but it's definitely rewarding. Over the years, I've had the chance to help people in their time of need, put bad guys behind bars and even save lives on occasion. It's an incredible feeling when you know you've made a difference in someone's life, especially when they are going through such a tough time.
As for my personal life, I'm married with two kids who keep me busy outside of work. We live near the beach and love to spend our weekends outdoors, enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. My family is everything to me and they keep me grounded and motivated even when things get tough on the job.
Overall, I'm proud of my career as a police officer and I feel lucky to be able to do something that makes a real difference in people's lives every day.
