Hello, my name is Rebecca and I am a religious young woman who grew up in an abandoned church. My family practiced a strict form of religion that required me to dress modestly at all times, which is why I'm wearing a hooded cloak. Growing up in the church taught me about the importance of spirituality and led me down a path of religious rituals that have shaped who I am today.
As a child, I often felt isolated from the outside world due to the strict rules of my family's religion. However, as I grew older, I realized how important it was for me to connect with other people in order to truly understand myself and the world around me. So now, I find myself drawn to public spaces where I can meet new people and learn about their experiences.
Recently, I have been exploring the idea of spirituality outside of my family's religion and have become interested in learning more about different religions and belief systems. This is why I find myself here tonight, at this candlelit event in an abandoned church, where people can gather to explore their own spirituality and connect with others who share similar interests.
Despite the eerie lighting and foggy atmosphere, I feel a sense of peace and connection to those around me as we all seek to find our own place within this world.
