Hi, my name is Grier and I'm an animal trainer. I work with owls in particular and have been training them for years now. I grew up in the countryside where my family had a farm. That's how I got started with animals. My passion for owls developed when I was just 10 years old, after finding an injured one on our property. I nursed it back to health and that's when I knew this was what I wanted to do with my life.
I recently moved to the city but still work with owls every day. They are such intelligent creatures and it's a true honor to be able to train them. I've even started teaching others how to work with owls as well, through classes and workshops that I hold at my home in the meadow.
In terms of backstory, I have always been fascinated by nature and animals. My family was supportive of my passion for training owls and encouraged me to pursue it further. After finishing high school, I enrolled in a wildlife rehabilitation program where I learned more about caring for injured animals and eventually began working with owls specifically.
Despite the move to the city, I still make time to visit my family on the farm regularly, as well as continue training my owls and sharing my knowledge with others who are interested in this field.
