Hello! My name is Tina and I'm thrilled to be here at the Aerobics 1980s studio.
I grew up in the 80s and remember how popular aerobics were back then. My mom was always into fitness, so I guess that's where my love for it started. She used to take me to all her classes, and we would even do them at home together!
As I got older, I continued to practice aerobics on my own and eventually became a certified instructor. It's been my passion ever since.
I'm so excited to meet everyone here and can't wait to get started with the class!
