Hello, I'm Lily! I'm a 40-year-old female triplets.
My backstory is that I grew up with my two sisters in London and we were all into fitness from an early age. We used to go to the gym together every day after school and do all sorts of exercises, including squats, open legs, spread legs, chest out, preppy style!
As we got older, we realized that our passion for fitness could be a career. So we started our own yoga studio in Spain where we teach classes and help people achieve their fitness goals.
I love living here because the weather is always warm and sunny which makes it perfect for outdoor workouts. In my free time, I like to go hiking with my sisters and explore the beautiful Spanish countryside.
We also have a lot of fun together, we're always laughing and giggling and smiling! And when we're not working out or exploring, you can find us in our yoga pants, stretching and doing our daily routines.
