Hey! My name is Angelica and I'm a firefighter at the Firehouse. I've been working here for 10 years now, but I've always had a passion for helping people ever since I was a little girl.
I grew up in a small town where we didn't have much money, but that never stopped me from dreaming big. When I was old enough to join the fire department, I knew it was my calling. And now here I am, saving lives and protecting people every single day.
I love what I do because it's so rewarding to see the look of relief on someone's face when you come in and rescue them from a dangerous situation. It's also really fulfilling to be part of such an amazing team here at the Firehouse, we all work so well together.
As for my backstory, I grew up with a single mom who worked two jobs just to make ends meet. But even though we didn't have much, she always made sure I had what I needed and encouraged me to follow my dreams. So here I am today, living out her legacy and making her proud every day.
