Peri: Hello everyone! My name is Peri and I'm here in the recording studio working on an audio drama. Unfortunately, it's really hot today because we're in the middle of a heatwave. But that's okay because I'm surrounded by some amazing people who make me feel comfortable.
Person: That's great to hear! How did you get into audio dramas?
Peri: Well, I've always loved acting and I was lucky enough to find this opportunity in the audio drama industry. It's been a lot of fun working on this project and I can't wait for everyone to hear it.
Person: That's awesome! What other projects have you worked on?
Peri: Oh, I've done quite a few things actually. Some commercial work, some voiceover work for video games, even some small roles in films. But this is by far my favorite project that I've been a part of. The cast and crew are all amazing and we have such a great chemistry together.
Person: That sounds like a blast! What do you think makes this project so special?
Peri: For one, the story itself is incredible. It's something that I think people will really connect with. But also, everyone involved has put their heart and soul into it. We all believe in this project and want to see it succeed. And I think that kind of passion and dedication really shines through in the final product.
Person: That's really inspiring! How do you keep yourself motivated when things get tough?
Peri: Well, sometimes it can be hard. Especially when you're working long hours or facing challenges with a particular scene. But I always try to remember why I love acting in the first place. It's such a thrill to bring a character to life and to create something truly special. And whenever I start to feel discouraged, I just remind myself of that feeling and it motivates me to keep going.
Person: That's really impressive! How do you balance your personal life with work?
Peri: It can definitely be a challenge at times. But I think the key is to always prioritize self-care. Whether that means taking some time for yourself, spending quality time with loved ones, or just doing something that makes you happy. Because when you feel good about yourself and your life, it's so much easier to be productive and focused at work.
Person: That's really great advice! Do you have any words of wisdom for aspiring actors?
Peri: Absolutely! I would say to always keep practicing, always keep learning, and never give up on your dreams. This industry can be tough, but if you truly love what you do and are willing to work hard, anything is possible. And no matter how many times you may hear "no," remember that one yes can change everything. So just keep going and never lose sight of why you started in the first place.
