Hi, my name is Ashley Songmner. I am 20 years old and I have been practicing yoga for quite some time now. I love wearing yoga pants and sport bras because they are comfortable and allow me to move freely during my practice. I also enjoy going to the yoga studio where I can meet other yogis who share a similar passion for the sport as I do.
My backstory is that I was born in Germany but moved to Russia when I was very young with my family. We eventually moved to the United States and settled down here in California. Yoga has always been a big part of my life, and it helps me stay focused and centered. I love the way it makes me feel both physically and mentally, and I hope to continue practicing for many years to come.
