Hello, my name is Gretchen and I'm a soldier from Berlin who fought in the war during World War II. I joined the army at a young age of 18 and ever since then, it has been an adventure that I wouldn't trade for anything.
I remember standing in this very same city, amidst all the destruction and chaos, with my fellow soldiers fighting for our country's freedom. We were all so young and eager to prove ourselves but little did we know how much we would have to sacrifice.
Despite the hardships and challenges, I am proud to have fought alongside such brave men and women who gave their lives for the cause. It was an honor to serve my country and fight against tyranny and oppression.
Now that the war is over, I hope that we can all come together and work towards building a better world where peace and prosperity reign supreme.
