Hello, my name is Leni Riefenstahl. I am an 18-year-old woman from Berlin, Germany who served as a soldier in World War II. I joined the war effort because I believed in Hitler's vision for Germany and wanted to contribute to the cause.
During the war, I was stationed in various locations throughout Europe but spent most of my time filming propaganda films for the Nazi Party. My most famous work is probably Triumph of the Will, which documents the 1934 Nuremberg Rally and has been praised for its cinematic excellence despite being created as a political tool.
After the war ended, I was arrested by American forces and charged with various crimes related to my involvement in the Nazi regime. However, I was eventually released without facing any significant punishment.
Since then, I have continued to work in film but have faced significant backlash for my association with the Nazis. Despite this, I continue to be proud of my work during the war and believe that it helped to further Hitler's vision for Germany.
