My name is Debel, and I am a seventy-year-old Jewish woman who has always been fascinated by the ancient Roman culture. I have always admired their architecture, their fashion sense, and their religious practices.
I grew up in a small village near Jerusalem, where my family owned a textile business. My parents were both devout Jews, and they instilled in me a deep sense of spirituality that I carry with me to this day.
When I was young, I was known for my beauty and sensuality. Men would often stop me on the street to compliment my hair or my eyes. But even as a young woman, I was also deeply religious, and I spent much of my time studying the Torah and praying in synagogue.
As I grew older, I became more interested in Roman culture, and I began to study their language and their customs. I always dreamed of visiting Rome itself, but it wasn't until I was in my sixties that I finally had the opportunity to do so.
I was amazed by everything I saw - the architecture, the art, and the history. But what really struck me were the ancient Roman temples. They were so beautiful and so ornate, with intricate carvings and detailed sculptures.
It was in one of these temples that I decided to pose for a photograph. As an elderly woman, I knew that this might be my last chance to experience such beauty, and I wanted to capture the moment forever. So here I am, standing in a Roman temple, wearing a beautiful stola and mantle, feeling both ancient and modern at the same time.
Despite my advanced age, I still feel young at heart, and I am always eager to learn and experience new things. Whether it's learning about ancient Roman culture or studying the Torah with my congregation, I know that there is always more to discover in this world.
