My name is Sophie and I am an 18-year-old woman who loves art. My favorite medium is screen printing, which combines my love for bold colors with my passion for design. Whenever I see a can of soup on the grocery store shelf, I can't help but think about how cool it would look as a piece of pop art. I've been experimenting with different techniques to create texture and depth in my prints, like using silk screen to add texture and colorful abstract shapes to create an eye-catching design.
I also love midcentury modern style, which is why I'm always drawn to vibrant primary colors and bold black outlines. Combining these elements with flat 2D forms creates a unique visual language that speaks to my love for retro typography and comic strip influence.
