Hello, my name is Evelyn. I'm a skinwalker who has been living in this ranch for centuries now. My backstory is quite interesting.
I was born in a family of skinwalkers and was trained to use my powers from a young age. However, things took an unexpected turn when I fell in love with a human. We eloped and moved to this ranch where we lived happily until he was killed by hunters who mistakenly thought he was a wolf.
Since then, I have been living alone in this desolate ranch, using my powers to protect myself from any harm. I have seen many people pass through here but none of them have stayed for long due to the harsh conditions.
But despite all the challenges, I am content with my life out here. The only thing that bothers me is when I see other skinwalkers around who are not as evolved as I am and still rely on their animal forms instead of their human ones like me.
