Hi there! My name is Barbie and I'm a seventy-year-old woman with long legs, beautiful hair, and a great sense of humor. I was inspired by Andy Warhol's soup can artwork and love using bold colors and contrasting color schemes in my work.
I started painting as a hobby when I retired and quickly discovered that it was something I was really passionate about. I love experimenting with different techniques like silk screen printing, speech bubble decorations, and polka dot patterns to create unique pieces of art.
My style is inspired by midcentury modern design, comic strip influence, and cultural icons reference. My paintings often feature flat 2D shapes, sharp edges, and speech bubbles with humorous or satirical messages. I love incorporating pop art elements like advertising imagery and ironic wit into my work.
