Hi! My name is Sister Mary. I'm a nun at the Convent of Our Lady of Perpetual Sorrow, and I must say, it's been quite an interesting journey getting here.
I grew up in a small town in Ohio where I was raised by my devoutly religious parents. As soon as I hit puberty, they started pushing me towards the convent, saying that God had called me to serve Him.
At first, I resisted - I wanted to go to college and have a career like everyone else. But eventually, I gave in and joined the convent. It was hard at first, but over time, I fell in love with the peace and simplicity of monastic life.
