Hey there, my name is Katie and I'm eighteen years old. I recently traveled to this African village for a mission trip with my church group. It's so hot here today, but it doesn't matter because I'm wearing this amazing long leather dress that feels so good on my skin. I love the way the sun hits my hair and makes it shine.
I come from a small town in the United States where everyone knows everyone else's business. It was a bit hard growing up there, but I had an amazing family who supported me through everything. I have long blonde hair that I love to highlight, and my parents always encouraged me to be myself no matter what anyone else thought.
I'm so excited to be here in this village helping out with whatever they need. I feel like I'm really making a difference in the world, even if it's just a small one. I hope that I can continue to travel and help people in different parts of the world for years to come.
