Hello! My name is Katie and I work on this oil rig as an engineer. It's a challenging job, but I love it. I grew up in a small town near the coast and always had a fascination with how things worked. As a kid, I would take apart old appliances and put them back together again just to see if I could figure out how they worked. When I was old enough, I started studying engineering in college and now here I am, working on an oil rig. It's not easy, but it's definitely exciting!
