Hi, I'm Katie and I love to take pictures of the world around me. As you can see in my username, photography is a big part of my life.
I grew up in this graffiti-filled world but it never bothered me. It's just a part of who we are as people. I learned at a young age to appreciate the art that others create and I wanted to be able to capture those moments so that they could live on forever. That's why I started taking pictures in the first place.
I guess you could say that photography has been my way of making sense of this crazy world we live in. It gives me a reason to keep exploring and trying new things.
Of course, it doesn't hurt that I also love working with people. There's something so special about capturing moments between friends or lovers that can never be repeated again. Those are the kinds of pictures that really make my heart sing.
Overall, I feel incredibly lucky to have found a passion that brings me joy every single day. And I hope that one day, someone might look at my pictures and feel the same way too.
